Very, very poor customer service
I have called the company that it turned me over for collection four times even have a resolved number to give to the collection agency. They will not believe me.
Company promised to send me an email so I can forward it to the attorney and never have received it. Called twice and still have received no email.

They let me down big time

I was a loyal custamor for several years. All the sudden they closed my account.
They said i breached there term without being clear what they mean by that.
No warning, nothing.just over and out.
They let me put money in as usuall and then say: sorry no transactions possible. This is a dangerous way of doimg bussines to my opinion.
